R. Krilavicius: Last year was like a roller coaster – now the rematch awaits

Since last autumn, the entire martial arts world has been eagerly awaiting the rematch between Raimondas Krilavicius and the controversial Brazilian, set to take place on March 16th at the “KOK’120 World Series” tournament in the Avia Solutions Group arena in Vilnius.

“2023 was like a roller coaster – it had everything,” says Raimondas Krilavicius. “Last year was filled with challenges and victories that helped me grow as a person. My goal for this year? To find the best version of myself and follow my own path,” he states firmly.

Speaking about his opponent Rodrigo, the fighter reveals that this time he is taking the fight much more seriously: “Rodrigo is unique, but I have learned from past mistakes. This time my approach and preparation will be completely different.” Preparing for the rematch, the training plan has also changed. “I’ve tried a new style and strategy. I trust my coach and am determined to meet his expectations,” says the fighter.

To young fighters wanting to follow in his footsteps, he advises: “Do what you do, sincerely and for yourself. Enjoy the process, and the result will be even more rewarding if you stay true to yourself.”

Ahead of the upcoming important fight, fighter R. Krilavicius addresses his fans: “I hope to see all martial arts fans in the arena. Your support gives us extra energy.”

Without a doubt, this is one of the most anticipated fights of the year, which we will have the opportunity to witness on March 16th in Vilnius at the Avia Solutions Group arena during the “KOK’120 World Series” tournament.
