Fighter I. Barysas- “I know the feeling when you want to tear your opponent”

„The preparation for the tournament is very intense- two workouts per day. Now we are working with explosive force. I am very happy that I have strong team near me”, - said Ignas Barysas who is preparing for the “MMA BUSHIDO & KOK WORLD SERIES 2017” tournament.

The fighter from Kaunas confessed that he is very confident in his strength. “The most important is that the success would lead me”, - said Lithuanian who will fight with the opponent from Great Britain Dominic Dillon at Kaunas “Zalgirio arena” the 23rd of September.  “I want to win. I have just one fear- I don’t want to disappoint people, - said I. Barysas. – I feel very good, but I am a bit short of MMA training. In the summer, it's hard to "catch" all the athletes, after all, people are on vacation, but I still have time, I will be able to cover this gap." The Lithuanian fighter acknowledged that he knows only one thing about his future rival - he is a good fighter.

“I don’t know anything else. All of these things I leave for the coaches. This is their job to do. Coaches are the people who make up the whole strategy for the future fights,” said I. Barysas, who has been developing his skills in Boxing, Jiu-jitsu and Kudo training. We do what we need to do, I trust my coaches. I'm calm. In each workout, we put together even the smallest details that can be decisive during the fight. "

Club “Cunamis” student said that the tournament in the hometown obliges.

“I will defend the walls of my city. Defend your castle is very important job. But everything will be fine, I hope that the audience will strongly support me. From my own experience I know that the support from the audience gives a lot of extra strength and self-confidence, - said I. Barysas. – The most unrealistic feeling? Hear your name screamed. It’s fantastic. At that moment, you see just one person you want to tear, throw it out of the ring, and wait till the judge will lift your hand up.”
